Cleanse regularly in a singing bowl or selenite bowl.

Remove during water or physical activities to protect the crystal and prevent damage.

To ensure longevity of metal parts, avoid contact with moisture, perfume or lotions and clean with polishing cloth.

 

2. As a first time collector, what crystal should I purchase?

We are currently an online business with no physical stores. We strive to deliver quality products to you. Should you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us and we would be happy to work with you on a  resolution.

 

6. What are your shipping policies?

Local Mailing 
Local shipping is a SGD 5 flat fee via courier that comes with tracking number. Free shipping for orders above SGD 120.

Please allow 3 - 5 working days to process and ship the order.

 

International Mailing
International shipping is a SGD 20 flat fee that comes with a tracking number.
Free shipping for orders above SGD 120.

Please allow 3 - 5 working days to process and ship the order.

All orders are shipped from Singapore.

 

7. What are your refund/return policies?

Exchange & Returns

We take pride in ensuring that our customers receive products of good quality and enjoy excellent service.

All purchases made on our website are final and non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Product Quality

Crystal gemstones are products of nature that will vary in colour and texture. The photos are taken using natural lighting as far as possible. Please be aware that the colours of the items featured on our website will vary and your purchase may not look exactly the same due to nature of the crystal gemstones and differences in lighting and screens.
